Sourdough Starter: Day 3

Sourdough Starter

"Create Starter" Feed

1/2 c whole milk, room temperature
1/2 c flour
2 Tbls sugar

Measure out 1/2 cup of starter and toss the rest. Wash your container that you are creating your starter in and then return the 1/2 cup of starter to it. Slowly add the feed ingredients and stir just enough to thoroughly blend. Loosely cover and leave on the counter overnight.
