Weekly Weigh In #9, #10, and #11

Yet again, you get a combined update. This time it's 3 in 1. I'll try to do better.

The last three weeks have gone pretty well health-wise, though. I'm down 3 pounds which thrills me. I've lost the 2.2 I gained before that plus a little more. I'm so close to being back at my goal weight and even closer to not having to pay for my Weight Watcher's meetings. YAY!

Last weekend when my sister was visiting, we walked. I love walking. Unfortunately I don't really have many opportunities to walk right now. I also bought a resistance band and some small hand weights a few weeks ago and have been using those each day. Something is better than nothing.

Now that the weather has shifted and it's colder, I'm finding it a little harder to drink all my water each day. This week I really want to focus on that. I've made a little chart to hang on my fridge to help remind me to drink those 8 glasses each day. Wish me luck!

And for that matter, me and the boy's do not need a "Bree Vandercamp". We are much more comfortable with Lynette, although for me some Edie thrown in would be fun.
